Bill Granger

Chef and food writer

One of Australia's best-known chefs, Granger put Sydney breakfasts and much more on the culinary world map when, at 22, he launched Bill's in inner-city Sydney. The café quickly became a Sydney landmark and led to two more restaurants opening in the city and a further two in Japan. With a successful TV career under his belt, the self-taught chef contributes regularly to food magazines in several countries and is the author of a series of bestselling cookery books.
