Lady Elena Foster is an acclaimed academic, past curator of exhibitions at the Venice Biennale (2006) and the Victoria & Albert Museum (2008) and founder of Ivory Press, an organisation that works with an international network of artists on special commissions and collaborations. Educated at Madrid's Complutense University and UCLA, she has been a visiting scholar at prestigious universities in five countries and has worked for television, radio and newspapers in her native Spain.
