Advertising manager - fashion and luxury

Monocle is seeking a high-performing fashion and luxury advertising manager to join our team in a year of ambitious growth. The successful candidate will come from an advertising sales background with a demonstrable track record of success within the luxury category, an embedded network of global contacts (client and agency side) and be raring to go in delivering on target-led advertising growth in the luxury category.

Exceptional communications skills, written and in-person, are a must, as is a spirit of entrepreneurialism. You’ll cultivate and grow industry-wide relationships with a view to long-term revenue growth; create and execute strategic sales plans; and be able to package, negotiate and close multi-platform advertising campaigns across print, digital, custom publishing and more. At our London HQ, with frequent international travel, you’ll work as part of an ambitious, collaborative global commercial team in which a culture of respect, success and dynamism is embedded. You’ll be curious, engaged and an expert in the luxury sector, ready to move from the word go in delivering meaningful commercial growth and presence.

- Minimum of five years in a luxury sales role in either publishing or media, owner or agency side.
- Viable track record of success and expertise in the luxury category globally (beyond the UK).
- A network of established relationships at advertising decision-maker level (across brands and agencies) in the luxury sector.
