It was a busy year for the obituaries desk at newspapers the world over as some of our favourite cultural figures have bade farewell. We speak to Harry de Quetteville of ‘The Telegraph’ about how an obituary is written and Will Hodgkinson, chief rock and pop critic for ‘The Times’, joins us in the studio to discuss how the death of David Bowie has played out in the press over the course of a year.
