Quaint and robust in equal measure, tin-box packaging has an enduring appeal. It may only be July but the rush to get them made in time for Christmas is already well underway. Monocle’s Hong Kong bureau chief James Chambers visited the factory and showroom of Jef, a Hong Kong-based company that makes packaging for the likes of Harrods, Lindt and Faber-Castell.
