Lisa Markwell has enjoyed a journalism career steering titles such as ‘The Independent on Sunday’ and her current role now leading food bible ‘Code Hospitality Quarterly’. Having recently qualified as a professional chef, she joins us to discuss how to freshen up Christmas menus and how to create great food stories.
