Article One X monocle

These fine-looking specs come courtesy of Michigan-based firm Article One, whose mission includes supporting the eradication of vitamin deficiency (a leading cause of childhood blindness). The frames are Italian-made and hewn by one of 12 craftsmen in a small factory in the shadow of the snow-capped Dolomites. The design? Understated, simple and smart. The frames are made from hand-dyed, Havana blond acetate.
