Right on cue
In the Venetian town of Mirano, Biliardo is named after the popular game (Italian billiards) played in the town’s famous Caffè Re d’Italia. Mother and son Mariagrazia Marzola and Giovanni Zara opened the multi-brand store in 1983 and fitted it with furniture acquired from a closed-down hat factory. Its location on the central square of Piazza Martiri della Libertà has helped the shop become an essential stop for men with a fine eye for detail and quality. “Our customers are loyal and know what they want when they come. They trust us and our taste,” says Zara.
