Bask in beauty
On Portugal’s untamed Alentejo coastline, JNcQUOI Club Comporta rises as a combination of architectural elegance and environmental harmony. Slated for completion in 2028, spanning 164 hectares within a protected reserve and embracing 1km of private beachfront, this coastal sanctuary redefines what it means to live well – and with a sense of place.

Design Sanctuary
Built to breathe
Conceived by Amorim Luxury Group chairwoman Paula Amorim and JNcQUOI founder Miguel Guedes de Sousa, and brought to life by architect Vincent Van Duysen, JNcQUOI Club Comporta strikes a deft balance. Van Duysen’s material palette – concrete, terracotta, cork and native woods – creates a tactile dialogue with the landscape. His vision preserves sightlines, while green roofs and pigmented materials embed each structure into the landscape. “We designed all residences to blur the lines between inside and outside,” says Van Duysen. “At the end of every perspective, nature awaits you.”

Each of the 64 signature turnkey villas and 94 guest pavilions are a study in flow, light and materiality, echoing the quiet rhythms of sea and dune. “Designed not just for today but for generations to come, it reflects a commitment to heritage, discretion and a deep sense of belonging,” says Amorim.
