Izumo Magatama keychain

This golden set of charms reinterprets the San’in region’s ancient comma-shaped bead, a spiritual symbol of good fortune that has existed in Japan since the Neolithic period. 1346-5 Taishacho Kizukiminami, Izumo-shi, Shimane

Nikko Nikko-bori figurine

Depicting the three wise monkeys that adorn Nikko’s Toshogu shrine, this figurine is handmade in the traditional Nikko-bori woodcraft style using a hikkaki tool.

Adorned with Miyajima’s iconic deer, this charming piece rings with a gentle, warm chime. Its unique orange hue has been added to nod to Beams Japan’s signature colours.

This handcrafted figurine is made through a unique style of papier-mâché using traditional Japanese washi paper. Crafted in Suma, each features its own distinct character.

Zenkoji Mizuhiki keychain

This keychain – featuring an ox-shaped mizuhiki cord from Iida City, renowned for its decorative knotting – reinterprets a traditional artform into a modern accessory.

Maizuru Tango chirimen bag

This bag is an ode to Kyoto’s beloved local supermarket, with its iconic logo placed on tango chirimen – a textured fabric unique to the region and its history as a textile hub.
