Completing the circle
Planning for the future and hitting sustainability targets are essential to improve quality of life. However, the hard work begins not in 2050 but now. Saint-Gobain is taking a proactive approach to the circular economy, implementing real-world solutions today.

The future of Saint-Gobain
Setting a sustainable project pathway improves performance levels for less – and ensures that environmental and quality-of-life benefits are felt for generations. This begins with feasibility and design studies, along with responsible, resource-efficient material choices – such as Habitat 7, an 8,000 sq m office building in Gothenburg, which uses Saint-Gobain’s innovative new ORAÉ glass to reduce operational and embodied carbon.
By facilitating the recovery of waste materials and establishing collection, treatment and recycling networks, Saint-Gobain is fulfilling its commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and helping the circular economy to continue rolling on.
