These pavilions consider the symbolism of manmade structures that are ubiquitous across the landscapes of Australia and Spain, respectively. For Australia, that’s the swimming pool. For Spain, it’s a less-desirable architectural staple: the abandoned construction sites that litter the country in the wake of the financial crisis.
