Ghost Signs

These fading remnants of hand-painted signage are typically found on brick walls advertising services or goods. Though some consider these signs an eyesore, others think of them as cultural landmarks that should be celebrated and preserved. Mae-Li Evans takes a tour with Sam Roberts, a ghost-sign expert and editor of ‘Blag’, a magazine about sign painting.
