Italian luxury label Miu Miu has reported a 105 per cent rise in revenues – growing at a time when the majority of its rivals are seeing their sales decline. Part of its success is the way it participates in culture. This year the brands partnered with Art Basel Paris, bringing its ongoing ‘Women’s Tales’ film series to life with an exhibition that blended film, music, choreography and fashion. Natalie Theodosi speaks with one of the exhibition’s curators, Goshka Macuga and two of its filmmakers, Meriem Bennani and Haifa Al Mansour to understand the brand’s global appeal.
