In 2013, then-Al Jazeera journalist Peter Greste was arrested in Cairo. He was sentenced to seven years in prison for having a detrimental impact on the image of Egypt abroad. During the 400 days of his sentence that he eventually served, Greste befriended dissident Alaa Abd el-Fattah. El-Fattah, who is also a British citizen, is once again imprisoned in Egypt. Greste has gone on hunger strike in protest. Greste sits down with Andrew Mueller at Midori House.
