Scam centres on the Thailand-Myanmar border
The Thailand-Myanmar border has been a trafficking hot spot in recent years. Foreigners are lured into Myanmar by the promise of jobs that are actually scams and then essentially pushed into forced labour. But Thailand and China are cracking down after a Chinese actor became a target of the scams, and more than 250 foreigners have now been released back into Thailand. Andrew Nachemson, a journalist based in Thailand, joins the programme with the latest.
