We wrap up our highlights from UBS’s annual flagship event, the 23rd edition of which took place in January with a theme of ‘The Way Ahead’. For this programme, UBS APAC head of research Martin Yule asks Nasser Saidi, former chief economist of the Dubai International Financial Centre and the first governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, to discuss the theme, ‘China and the Middle East: old friends in a new era’.
