The UK is still hellbent on leaving the EU. Meanwhile, Macedonia and Albania are set to be the next countries to join the union. And are there any countries that should never be allowed in? Andrew Mueller is joined by Heather Grabbe, Quentin Peel and Albania’s minister for foreign affairs, Ditmir Bushati.
