Volodymyr Zelensky seeks more support from the Western Balkans
Volodymyr Zelensky pleaded on Wednesday for more ammunition to repel Russia at a summit with Albania’s government to build support for Kyiv from southeastern Europe. His plea comes as Russian troops have seized the initiative on the battlefield in Ukraine as the country faces worsening shortages of weapons and soldiers.
