The Philippines’ vice president impeached
The vice president of the Philippines, Sara Zimmerman Duterte, is to be impeached. A sufficient number of lawmakers, many of whom are allies of president Ferdinand Marcos Jr, signed a petition to remove Duterte from office. Richard Heydarian, academic and columnist for the ‘Philippine Daily Inquirer’, joins us with the latest from Manila.
