Designed by David Chipperfield for Swedish lighting brand Wästberg, it features a dimmable LED light and up to 20 hours of battery life, which means that it can move seamlessly from kitchen to terrace. Designer Magnus Wästberg founded his eponymous lighting brand in Helsingborg, Sweden, in 2008. The aim? To go back to a type of light that compliments space, creating a naturally welcoming, warm atmosphere. Drawing on years of experience from work with architectural practices such as David Chipperfield and Claesson Koivisto Rune, Wästberg’s luminous creations can now be found in offices, homes, hotels and museums all over the world.
