Admirers of Italian craftsmanship will find few better examples than Milanese tie-maker Bigi, founded by Luigi Draghi in 1938. Ownership of the brand and its time-tested know-how has been passed down the generations; today its custodians are siblings Stefano and Paola Bigi. Handmade from the finest British and Italian silks at the Bigi workshop on Milan’s Viale Gian Galeazzo, each is suffused with its native country’s elegance – and a nod to its proud artisan traditions.
