We head to the kitchen of journalist and writer Anastasia Miari who has long had a passion for food writing. Her new book, “Yiayia: Time-perfected Recipes and Stories from Greece’s Grandmothers”, takes us on a mouth-watering journey across Greece to these simple kitchens and the incredible regional recipes that lie within.
