The hype of this season is not exclusive to bricks and mortar. For many, the best way to tick items off their Christmas shopping list is by going online. That’s where global luxury e-commerce platform MyTheresa comes in, which was founded as a boutique in 1987 in Munich. Isabel May, Mytheresa’s chief customer experience officer, tells us how the digital retailer engages with customers emotionally.
