In this brand new series of 3.55 podcasts for Chanel – produced by Monocle 24 – we head to the opening of Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé Tokyo exhibition, which runs at the Japanese capital’s B&C Hall-Tennoz until 1 December and takes a journey through haute couture, high jewellery and Chanel No. 5. Monocle’s editor-in-chief, Tyler Brûlé, will meet Chanel's fashion president and ambassadors, including Pharrell Williams and Sofia Coppola, to discuss the codes and craft of the maison, as well as its relationship with Japan.

Sofia Coppola
