Mikser House, Sarajevo

Mikser House was one of the biggest cultural players in Belgrade. Over its five years there it was at the centre of the revival of the city’s Savamala neighbourhood. The venue made stylish use of the area’s industrial heritage and its programmes brought Belgraders the best in design, performance and debate on a range of important issues. Now it’s heading to Sarajevo, where it hopes to revitalise the Bosnian capital’s art scene. Guy de Launey reports.
