Filmmaker Eugene Jarecki has turned his documentary camera to topics ranging from the US military-industrial complex in “Why We Fight” to his home nation’s war on drugs in “The House I Live In”. Now he’s filmed another unflinching documentary about a different US icon – Elvis Presley. He joins us to explain why it’s part love letter to a cultural icon and part reflection on the modern-day state of a nation.
