Schoeberl started his career in the publishing sector as the head of subscriber marketing for ‘Financial Times Deutschland’ and, later, Axel Springer’s magazines. In 2013 he repositioned himself as a trade journalist, starting a monthly paid-for German language newsletter called ‘PV Digest’, reporting on press distribution.
