How will you notify the recipient of a gift subscription?

If you have bought a Print, Print & Digital or Premium subscription, we will send the gift message you provided in a letter to the recipient accompanying the first issue in the recipient’s subscription.

If you have bought a Digital subscription, we will send the gift message you provided in a letter to the recipient accompanying the Monocle notebook. This will be dispatched within seven business days.

How will the recipient of a gift subscription receive their login details?

Login details will be provided in the confirmation email sent to the person who bought the gift subscription. They will also be sent to the recipient with the welcome letter included with their gift and/or first issue.

Do you provide certificates for gift subscriptions?

How do I renew a gift subscription?

Please note that we cannot reuse the same email address for the recipient of a gift subscription. If you would like to renew a gift subscription, please contact our customer services team at subscriptions@monocle.com.
