Cajrati Crivelli is a property developer and urban planner who led the hugely successful development of spaces for the fashion and design industries in the Zona Tortona, Milan. Using light, architecture and space, he creates sustainable ensembles that work in the community and breathe life into disused former industrial buildings. He is currently working on projects in London, including the stunning Howick Place development in Westminster.

Estate4 is an international development group founded by Alessandro Cajrati. Its commitment to crafting elegant and practical spaces out of previously disused urban spaces is perhaps best evidenced in Zona Tortona in western Milan. This remarkable creative district was crafted out of the empty shells of warehouses that made up a concrete wasteland only a short walk from the city centre. Currently working on regeneration projects in London, Estate4 is planning to create more contemporary architectural icons out of disused spaces in major cities across the globe.
