Monocle’s ever-expanding retail business continues to flourish. We sell products that cater to our readers’ tastes via our shops in New York, London, Toronto, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore, as well as through our online store at monocle.com.
Due to recent growth, our commercial department are currently looking for an intern in the area of customer service and retail to ensure that the office runs smoothly. Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the retail department, particularly on the e-commerce side, you will have well-developed organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will be a recent graduate looking for your first role within a busy global brand or already have some customer service, retail and sales experience with the ability to demonstrate a proactive and helpful nature with forward thinking and creative flair.
The two month internship has the potential to lead to a full-time position within retail and is open to applicants with the right to live and work in the UK. Expenses will be covered.
