Austria and Japan have a long history for shared craftsmanship and quality, which began at the Vienna World Fair in 1873. This new taste for Japanese aesthetics would influence all aspects of European culture for decades to come. Austria’s pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka is a special moment for the two nations.
