About the role
The Monocle Café is an intimate and bustling space located on Marylebone’s Chiltern Street. Offering artisanal coffee and tasty treats, alongside a selection of our famed magazines and retail offerings, it’s a welcoming space, showcasing our passion for hospitality.
We’re currently looking for an experienced barista to join our small team. This is a great role if you are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and are a genuine team player.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Developing a thorough understanding of our menu items and products
-Providing exceptional customer service and effectively handling any customer feedback
-Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, as well as correct maintenance of café equipment
-Accurately processing customer orders and payments
Supporting with planning and delivering café events
Our café is open from 07.00 to 19.00 seven days a week. We offer a range of great benefits, including:
