This week on Monocle Radio we have been revealing our ranking of the most liveable cities in 2023, according to our annual Quality of Life Survey. Munich took bronze, with Copenhagen bagging silver. Today, we look at the city that took the top spot: Vienna, Austria’s forward-looking historic capital.
